In addition to the visible aesthetic benefits, Kobido offers a deep sense of well-being and balance. This technique is not just limited to the face; it works on points that reflect on the general health of the organism, providing a personal glow that goes far beyond the surface of the skin.

With its ability to provide impressive aesthetic results in a natural and organic way, and its long-lasting appeal for personal well-being, it’s no wonder that Kobido has become the beauty secret of choice for celebrities. Relaxing Massage for Insomnia: Effective Strategies to Improve Sleep Quality

Have you ever found yourself rolling over in bed at night, unable to switch off your mind and fall asleep? Insomnia is a common problem that affects millions of people around the world, damaging not only the quality of their sleep, but also their general health and well-being. Fortunately, there are natural and effective approaches to help combat insomnia, and one of them is relaxing massage.

Relaxing massage is a therapeutic technique that combines gentle, firm movements with the use of essential oils to promote muscle and mental relaxation. This ancient practice has been increasingly recognized for its benefits in treating insomnia, helping people to fall asleep more easily and enjoy a deeper, more restorative sleep.

How Relaxing Massage Can Help Insomnia

Insomnia is often related to stress, anxiety and tension accumulated throughout the day. Relaxing massage acts directly on these problems, inducing a state of deep relaxation that calms the mind, reduces cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and releases endorphins (the feel-good hormones).

In addition, relaxing massage helps improve blood circulation and oxygen flow to the muscles, relieving tension and body stiffness that can interfere with sleep. This combination of physical and psychological effects makes relaxing massage an effective tool for treating insomnia and promoting a more restful and restorative sleep.

Effective Strategies to Improve Sleep Quality

If you’re struggling with insomnia, here are some effective strategies for improving sleep quality with the help of relaxing massage:

  • Schedule Regular Massage Sessions: Set aside time regularly to receive relaxing massage sessions. Establishing a routine can help train your body and mind to relax and prepare for sleep.
  • Try Relaxing Essential Oils: Add relaxing essential oils such as lavender, chamomile or bergamot to your massage to enhance the calming effects and promote a deeper, more restful sleep.
  • Practice Deep Breathing: During the massage, concentrate on your breathing and practice deep, conscious breathing. This helps to calm the nervous system and induce a deeper state of relaxation.
  • Create a Comfortable Sleeping Environment: After the massage, make sure you create an environment conducive to sleep, with a comfortable temperature, soft light and no electronic devices that could interfere with sleep.

The Importance of Skin Cleansing in Winter: Keeping Skin Healthy and Beautiful

With the arrival of winter, it’s common for our skin to suffer from the effects of the cold, dry weather.

At this time of year, it’s even more important to take care of your skin’s health, and one of the most effective ways of doing this is through skin cleansing.

In this article, we’ll explore the importance of skin cleansing during the winter and the benefits this treatment can offer to keep skin healthy and beautiful.

1. Removal of Impurities and Oils
During the winter, the skin tends to become drier due to the low humidity, but this doesn’t mean that the oiliness disappears completely. On the contrary, the skin may produce more oil in an attempt to compensate for the lack of moisture, which can lead to clogged pores and the appearance of blackheads and pimples. Skin cleansing helps to remove the build-up of impurities and oil, preventing skin problems and keeping pores clear.

2. Cell Renewal and Stimulation of Collagen Production
During the winter, the skin tends to become duller due to the lack of sun and less cell renewal. Skin cleansing promotes a gentle exfoliation that removes dead cells from the skin’s surface, stimulating cell renewal and leaving the skin softer, smoother and more radiant. In addition, the skin cleansing process can also stimulate collagen production, helping to keep skin firm, toned and looking younger.

3. Deep moisturizing
During the winter, the skin tends to lose more water due to the low humidity, which can lead to dryness and flaking. Deep cleansing can help remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin, allowing moisturizing products to penetrate more deeply and provide more effective hydration. This helps keep skin soft, smooth and moisturized even in the coldest months of the year.

4. Prevention of premature aging
Winter can be an especially challenging time for the skin, as the cold, dry weather can damage the skin’s protective barrier and increase the production of free radicals, which are associated with premature ageing. Skin cleansing can help remove impurities and free radicals from the skin’s surface, preventing damage and reducing signs of ageing such as wrinkles, fine lines and blemishes.

In short, skin cleansing is an essential treatment for maintaining the health and beauty of your skin during the winter.

By removing impurities, oil and dead cells, stimulating cell renewal, providing deep hydration and preventing premature ageing, skin cleansing helps to keep skin healthy, radiant and protected against the effects of cold, dry weather.

So be sure to include skin cleansing in your winter skincare routine and enjoy the countless benefits this treatment can offer.

Professional Skin Cleansing Step-by-Step: What to Expect During the Procedure

Skin cleansing is a highly effective facial treatment that is essential for maintaining the health and beauty of facial skin. In this article, we’ll explore each stage of professional skin cleansing in detail, from sanitization to facial massage, offering insights into the process for those wishing to undergo this rejuvenating treatment.

  1. Initial sanitization

The first step in professional skin cleansing is the initial sanitization of the skin. This involves removing make-up and surface impurities using a gentle cleanser suited to the patient’s skin type. This stage prepares the skin for subsequent procedures by removing any barriers that could prevent the treatment products from penetrating.

  1. Exfoliation

After the initial cleansing, the exfoliation step is carried out. This step consists of applying a gentle exfoliant, which contains fine particles that remove dead cells from the surface of the skin. Exfoliation helps to unclog pores, promoting softer, smoother, more even skin and preparing it for the next step.

  1. Blackhead Extraction

One of the most important stages of skin cleansing is the extraction of blackheads. This procedure is carried out by a qualified professional who uses specific techniques to remove comedones safely and effectively. Extracting blackheads helps to unclog pores, preventing the appearance of acne and promoting cleaner, healthier skin.

  1. Facial Mask Application

After the blackheads have been removed, a face mask is applied to suit the patient’s skin type. Facial masks can have different properties, such as moisturizing, purifying, whitening or revitalizing, and are formulated with active ingredients that meet the skin’s specific needs. Applying the face mask provides a moment of relaxation and renewal, while the ingredients penetrate the skin, providing additional benefits.

  1. Hydration

The last stage of professional skin cleansing is moisturizing the skin. At this stage, a moisturizer suited to the patient’s skin type is applied to restore the skin’s natural moisture and maintain its protective barrier. Moisturizing is essential to keep skin soft, smooth and healthy, and helps prevent dryness and premature ageing.

  1. Facial massage

Finally, to round off the skin cleansing treatment with a flourish, a relaxing facial massage is given. This step not only provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation, but also stimulates blood circulation, promoting a more radiant and revitalized appearance to the skin.

Professional skin cleansing is a complete and rejuvenating treatment that offers a number of benefits for the health and beauty of facial skin. By following this detailed step-by-step, you can expect cleaner, smoother, more hydrated and radiant skin after the procedure. Don’t miss out on this revitalizing experience and enjoy the benefits that professional skin cleansing can offer your skin.

My life before and after Life Activation

Let me tell you a bit about myself.

At the age of 30 I experienced a sinister situation in my life. I lived in São Paulo and my mother used to host people (children included) with cancer who came from various cities in the countryside to receive treatment at the São Paulo Hospital, and that year I had lost three people close to me: my grandmother, my husband’s paternal grandfather and his stepmother. I had two little girls, practically babies, but I’m not sure how I began to connect with this energy of death. It was all I could think about.

And as thought has a lot of power (I know this today), I ended up having a sequence of asthma attacks, connected to the fear of dying, which eventually resulted in respiratory arrest.
It really would have been fatal if I hadn’t lived next door to the hospital and hadn’t been attended to so quickly. But I entered that place almost unconscious. I just remember the face of a blonde doctor asking me how I was.

A few days later my mother went to the hospital to ask about my clothes, and a nurse offered her sympathy for my death, imagine?

But for some reason I didn’t die, even though she passed so close to me…

After I recovered and was at home, I began to develop panic disorder (at the time, it wasn’t even talked about).
I didn’t leave the house without knowing if there were any hospitals nearby or with an inhaler in my shoulder.

But why am I telling you all this?

Because it brought me a single consciousness.
I needed to live intensely and follow my heart’s purpose, because otherwise nothing, nothing at all, made sense.

And I began my search for answers to questions like:
Who was I?
Where should I go?
What was my purpose…?

A few years later I met Eric, who introduced me to Life Activation. It was a modality that brought me clarity like I’d never had before.

Life Activation allows you to access your full potential, to see and progress on your growth journey.

This ritual has helped people overcome barriers in their daily lives. This modality will fill your body with light, dissolving blockages and limiting beliefs that you may not even be aware of. It’s the first step towards awakening who you really are.

Your spiritual DNA contains your original blueprint, who you are, your purpose in life, your divine potential. Your DNA determines much more than your genetic code, it contains information about emotional patterns, your spiritual gifts and much more.

Life Activation brings more light and more energy, balancing your chakras and your aura, allowing you to activate your spiritual intuition and thus connect with your essence.

You start to flow more easily on your way.

We can see clear results in our lives after the Life Activation.

You’ll gain more clarity and awareness of what’s holding you back and you’ll have more strength to make the changes you need to achieve your best version.

Your mind won’t stop?

But what is Mindfulness anyway? It’s a set of practices that help you develop the ability to be totally aware of your thoughts, emotions and body.

How about applying these 3 simple Mindfulness techniques to help control the flow of thoughts, taming mental and emotional turmoil? We’ve put together 2 quick and easy tips for beginners. Let’s go!

1) 3-minute practice:
Adopt a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, and let your body stabilize. Gradually bring your attention to your physical sensations and notice the thoughts and emotions that are present at that moment. Gradually focus your attention on your breathing: the movements of your chest, the air coming in and out of your nostrils. Follow the natural flow. Don’t try to change anything, just observe and feel. If your mind starts to wander to another thought, notice it and gently bring your attention back to your breathing. Before ending the session, bring your attention and observation back to the sensations throughout your body and environment, such as sounds and temperature, for example. Gradually open your eyes. This practice can be done for 3 minutes and gradually increased. 2) Body Scan:
We start this practice in the same way as the previous one. However, in body scanning, the anchor or fulcrum of our attention will be the sensations along our body, which we will cover from head to toe, or vice versa. Again, if your mind starts wandering off into other thoughts, gently bring it back. The idea of “gentleness” here is very important, as it translates the attitude with which we should deal with our distractions during the exercise, that is, with acceptance and curiosity, without fighting it, as it is natural to our mind. We are also practicing getting out of the position of self-criticism.

With these simple techniques, we are teaching our mind to appreciate the thoughts and sensations we are experiencing at that very moment. Over time, concentration will increase and we’ll be able to notice and let go of negative and anxious thoughts, leaving room for positive ones to come. Source: Viva Bem

4 Daily Exercises You Can Do in Less Than 10 Minutes to Improve Your Balance While You’re Indoors

Reduce your risk of falls with these simple stability moves.

by Mike Zimmerman, AARP.

Like strength, balance decreases with age. And with a loss of balance comes an increased risk of injury and loss of mobility. But strength and balance training can improve your ability to stay centered and stable. “There’s a huge relationship between balance and strength,” says Mary Helen Bowers, founder of New York-based Ballet Beautiful and a professional dancer who offers training in balance, strength and flexibility. Bowers recommends four exercises that you can do in less than 10 minutes a day. “Do it three or four times a week for a few weeks and you’ll notice a difference,” she says.

Meditation can rejuvenate the brain from 50 years to 25

Do you want to be forever young?

Neuroscientist Sara Lazar, from Massachusetts General and Harvard Medical School, began studying meditation by accident. She suffered injuries training for the Boston Marathon, and her physiotherapist told her to stretch. So Lazar started practicing yoga. “The yoga teacher made all kinds of claims, that yoga would increase your compassion and open your heart,” said Lazar. “And I thought, ‘yes, yes, yes, I’m here to stretch.’ But I started to realize that I was calmer, I was better able to deal with more difficult situations, I was more compassionate and open-hearted, and I could see things from other people’s points of view.” Finally, she searched the scientific literature on mindfulness meditation (a category in which yoga belongs). She found a lot of evidence showing that meditation reduces stress, depression and anxiety, reduces pain and insomnia and increases quality of life. So she started doing some neuroscience research on her own. In her first study, she analyzed long-term meditators (those with seven to nine years’ experience) versus a control group. The results showed that those who perform deep meditation have increased gray matter in several areas of the brain, including the auditory and sensory cortex, as well as the insula and sensory regions. This makes sense, as mindfulness meditation slows you down and makes you aware of the present moment, including physical sensations such as breathing and the sounds around you. However, the neuroscientists also discovered that the meditators had more gray matter in another region of the brain, this time linked to decision-making and working memory: the frontal cortex. In fact, while most people see their cortexes shrink as they get older, the 50-year-old meditators in the study had the same amount of gray matter as those half their age. This is remarkable. Lazar and his team wanted to make sure that these people weren’t long-term meditators just because they had more gray matter, so they conducted a second study. In it, they put people with no experience of meditation on an eight-week mindfulness program. The results? Even just eight weeks of meditation changed people’s brains for the better. There was thickening in several regions of the brain, including the left hippocampus (involved in learning, memory and emotional regulation); the TPJ (involved in empathy and the ability to take multiple perspectives); and a part of the brain stem called the pons (where regulatory neurotransmitters are generated). In addition, the brains of the new meditators saw a shrinking of the amygdala, a region of the brain associated with fear, anxiety and aggression. This reduction in the size of the amygdala correlated with reduced stress levels in these participants. How long do you have to meditate to see these results? Well, in the study, the participants were told to meditate for 40 minutes a day, but the average ended up being 27 minutes a day. Several other studies suggest that you can see significant positive changes in just 15 to 20 minutes a day.

As for Lazar’s meditation practice, she says it’s “highly variable. Some days 40 minutes. Some days, five minutes. Some days, nothing. It’s a lot like exercise. Exercising three times a week is great. But if you can do just a little bit every day, that’s a good thing too.” It turns out that 50-year-old meditators can have the brain of a 25-year-old. Too bad that just by meditating, we can’t also have a body half our age. Source: Inc.com
