- For purchases made Monday through Friday, you will receive the voucher within 24 hours. For purchases completed on Saturdays or Sundays, the maximum delivery time for the voucher is 48 hours.
- We kindly request a minimum of 4 hours' advance notice for cancellations regarding appointments from Monday to Saturday. For Sunday appointments, cancellations must be notified by 7:00 PM on the preceding Saturday. In case of a no-show, the appointment fee will be deducted from the Package, Gift Card, or Reservation Fee.

- In case of delay, the time will be deducted from your session.
- Packages or Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The baths can be performed from Monday to Thursday.
- If the 6-month validity period of the Package or Gift Card expires, you can reactivate it by paying 50% of the current price of the therapies.
- Discount coupons are non-cumulative, cannot be applied to packages or promotional items, and can only be used once per customer.
- Packages from the Buy 7 Get +1 Free promotion are for individual use for the same therapy and are valid for 6 months after purchase.
- To secure your first appointment, a Reservation Fee equivalent to 50% of the chosen therapy's price will be charged at the time of booking.
